PROJECT GOAL: Apply conceptual user-centered approach to explore solutions that can meet user's needs for managing the indoor environment. Scenario in a compact urban environment, Milan 2025.

PERSONA

Origin: from countryside Austria

Occupation: software engineer

Relationship: single

She lives in a "Smart home" where basically everything is controlled through an app. She is very independent and usually stays long hours at work, a position that she got and made her move to Milan. She commutes back and forth on a Vespa. She enjoys partying on her free time and follows trends a lot, especially with in the tech industry.

Milan is one of the world’s most vibrant cities, it sits towards the top of population and pollution listings in Italy, a country that has one of the highest number of deaths attributed to poor air quality in the EU.
